2. Processing of personal data when visiting the website
When you access our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in log files. The following information is collected:

- hostname of the accessing computer,
- IP address,
- date and time of access.
This data is technically necessary to display the website correctly and to ensure system security.

5. Applications
Applications may be submitted by e-mail to info@pnoir.consulting. The personal data transmitted in the course of an application will be processed exclusively for the purpose of deciding on the establishment of an employment relationship.
Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act).
Application data will be deleted no later than six months after completion of the application process, unless a longer storage period is required by law.
6. Hosting
Our website is hosted by HostEurope GmbH, Hansestr. 111, 51149 Cologne, Germany. A data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider.
Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (interest in secure and stable website provision).
7. Cloud-Services
We use cloud services to store and process business data. The providers process personal data within the framework of data processing agreements pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. A transfer of data to third countries (e.g. the USA) cannot be technically excluded; in such cases, appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are applied.
